•  We ship via UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.

International Orders

·         All International orders will be charged a flat rate (35usd) for each order regardless of the quantity and items purchased.

·         International orders will be shipped via U.S. Express Mail and will be insured up to a value of $100 U.S. dollars with tracking service. Please see rate chart below.

·         Estimated time of arrival may vary depending if the package is being held by  Customs for inspection, and U.S. Postal Service errors that are out of our control.

• Shipping rates do not include duty charges that may be imposed by the destination country's Customs Department.

• CHC will authorize returns on products that have not been opened or used. If the product does not meet the aforementioned condition, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to CHC on returned items, and Customers will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the boxes.

• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Customers will pay for shipping method on replacement or exchange item(s).

• CHC strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

• DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to CHC within 30 days from the invoice date, at CHC discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
